Nou Grup B2B e-commerce

Nou Grup is a purchasing group of electrical supplies wholesalers with more than 50 partners and 100 points of sale. This B2B e-commerce platform gives each partner its own online store so they can compete with the large online players in their sector.

Each store has its own identity, products, orders, customers and customer specific pricing, and connects to the partner's own ERP. A dual catalogue lets every partner keep its own offer while sharing a group catalogue that consolidates more than 1.5 million product references. All stores share one codebase and one deployment process, while data and configuration stay separate for each partner.

The platform is built with Django Oscar and django-tenants on top of Carticious, the Mecexis e-commerce engine, with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery and Docker, and network segmentation between containers. The stores are for trade customers only, so there is no single public URL.
