About Babià One

Babià One is the management platform of Gestoria Babià, an accounting and advisory firm. Mecexis has built it with them since 2013, and today it supports more than 300 active client companies, with more than 800 managed over the years.

It connects the whole service, from what each client has contracted to the payment. Each client company has a portal with invoices, payroll, communications, signature requests and a shared document repository, and each employee has their own access to clock in with geolocation, check their hours and download payslips. The firm's team works with tasks, deadlines and time records linked to each client. Billing generates invoices every month from contracts, sends them to Veri*factu (the Spanish tax agency's system) and collects payments through SEPA direct debits or Stripe. Gemini pre-fills client records from ID and tax documents, and meetings are transcribed and summarised automatically.

Every login, download and access to sensitive data is recorded in an immutable, chained log. The platform is built with Django, HTMX and Alpine.js on PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker, and is available as a PWA and as apps on Google Play and the App Store.

Usage instructions

Users enter their registered email address and password into the login form and click "Iniciar sessió" to access the dashboard. If they've forgotten their email or password, they can follow the respective recovery links. The form requires both email and password fields to be filled before the submit button becomes active. The page also supports Progressive Web App features for installation on mobile devices.
