Earny simplifies & automates payroll for Startups and SMEs throughout Switzerland. We give SMEs, employees & accountants each their own tailor made profiles to share data and run payroll in less than 10 minutes. Earny is a company based in Switzerland but we are fully remote. This means you get to do your own schedule no matter the timezone. The Remote Engineering team uses a simple approach to productivity and task management. Requirements Must have (professional experience): A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python / Django Django RestFramework experience Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Postgresql, AngularJS is a plus Solid communication skills in English Experience in working in remote teams Ambitious and intentional about diversity, equality and inclusion Love to build good software solutions Key Responsibilities - Working in a team of backend developers and directly contributing to our backend software - Working directly with our management to build smart, intelligent and good solutions for our customers - Improving our current code base and strive to write modern, clean and documented code Please NO agencies, NO outsourcing companies etc..
