Perpay is a growth-stage fintech B-Corp in Philadelphia serving 500,000+ customers. Hiring multiple Senior Full-Stack or Backend Engineers and a technically hands-on Engineering Manager. Engineers should have a product mindset, experience building production web apps, and ability to coach junior engineers. The Engineering Manager should have ~1-2 years of people leadership experience and be accountable for team execution, roadmap, and performance.
