Perpay is building financial products backed by users' paycheck direct deposit, focused on simple and inclusive products to help members improve their financial futures. They are hiring a few Senior Full-stack or Backend Engineers across 3 product engineering teams and a technically hands-on Engineering Manager (ideally with at least a year or two of people leadership experience). The role values a product mindset, experience building production web apps for real users, and ability to coach and support more junior engineers.
